About

The Calgary SharePoint User Group (aka CalSpug) is a free, informal, all-volunteer group of SharePoint enthusiasts.

Mission

Our goal is to educate users of SharePoint technology, promote the use of it, provide a venue for discussion and exchange of ideas, and create a community for SharePoint enthusiasts in the Calgary area.

Membership

Membership is free and easy. To join CalSpug, just attend one of the meetings and/or register here. Once registered, why not pop over to the general discussion board to say hi and let us know what you’re looking for. We encourage all walks to come and spend time with the group.

Volunteer Board Members

The board members volunteer their time in bringing the best SharePoint content to you. Board members are at every meeting and are there to take your feedback or ideas. You can also reach us by email at calspug@gmail.com.

Speakers

Speakers are needed for the monthly meetings but can cover almost any topic as it relates to SharePoint. We prefer to have speakers that use the technology on which they are speaking, rather than trying to sell it. We generally schedule several months in advance. Because we are a volunteer organization and rely solely on in-kind donations and sponsorships, speakers are not paid.

Sponsors

We rely on sponsors for food/drink, raffle items, meeting facilities, and support. You will reach a targeted and grateful audience.
